I’ve been md’ing for 6 months and taking this for 2 now, and it has really helped me get to another tier of results. Lionize makes stacking easy.

I will start my review with a disclaimer of sorts: I grow my own mushrooms, both Lions Mane and the other kind, which I use for microdosing the "Stamets stack." Growing my own mushrooms is the only way I can ensure purity and potency, as well as getting the full spectrum of the mushroom - most Lions Mane supplements on the market are either mycelium or fruiting body only, one or the other, but not both. I find that the full spectrum of mushrooms gives superior effects to one or the other - I find myself more clear-headed and focused, able to dive deep on things that interest me, quickly perform the tasks that don't, and more thoughtful, creative, and better able to recall things.

Reading my comments on this on Reddit and elsewhere, the folks at Myndfull reached out to me to offer me a discount in exchange for a review - I told them I was skeptical, having been underwhelmed by similar products in the past, and that their providing a discount code would not influence my review, which, again, I expected to be fairly "meh."

I am happy to say that this product exceeded my expectations. I notice virtually no difference when I take this and when I take the mushrooms I grow myself - this may even be slightly better. This means that these mushrooms are grown in optimal conditions and sourced and dosed correctly, in the ratios that anecdotally I find most beneficial. I notice the same clarity of thought, memory retention, creativity, and attention to detail as I do with my own stack, which, after a year or two of being disappointed by every other lions mane product on the market, was a big surprise.

This product is expensive, but that's because it's a superior product - mushrooms are a pain to grow, source, dry, dose, and produce in such a manner that you get these kinds of results. If you aren't willing or able to do the work to grow and process your own mushrooms - and I certainly wouldn't blame you - this is absolutely as good as it gets, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.
